DSL is becoming a great alternative for modems. For those of you that don't know what DSL is, it's a modem that is capable of 1.2 mbps per second. Imagine downloading one MP3 file in 4 seconds. Also, DSL allows you to use the phone and surf the net at the same time. With DSL you don't dial in like regular modems, you don't get logged off when someone is calling from another place, but instead you are logged on 24 hours 7 days a week. Sounds cool, huh? Well a site offers the service for free, that means the modem is free, installation is free, and activation is free. The site is called [ FreeXDSL ]. The only big drawback is that you get your service and installation in 60 days. I signed up Monday April 10, 2000 so i'll probably get my service and installation in June. If you can wait go to [ FreeXDSL ]. to sign up. If you don't like to wait for that long many telephone companies offer DSL, but at a price 29.99 and up. That doesn't include the installation fee.
Free internet is popping up everywhere. Last year only a few companies offered free internet access, for example NetZero was one of the first companies to start and then on other companies followed. The free internet access I'm offering is called freeWWWeb. As you know NetZero requires you to have a banner ad on your desktop in order to use the free internet access. As for freeWWWeb you use absolutely no banner ads on your desktop. When I connected, I had a connection rate of 50,666 bps on average. That is a 8,666 bps increase from AOL. Plus, AOL's bring your own internet access plan is saving me alot of money. You only pay 9.95 with freeWWWeb's service connected with AOL's service. That's better than 21.95 a month. You can click here to sign up [ freeWWWeb free and fast Internet Access ] Some companies don't even compare to freeWWWeb's service. For example, some free internet access companies don't even offer e-mail, but freeWWWeb does offer e-mail. So click here to start [ freeWWWeb free and fast Internet Access ]
