Mexican Dip

1 can mashed(15oz) refried beans
1 can(15oz) tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/4c. finely chopped onion
1/4c. finely chopped green pepper
1/2teaspoon dry mustard
1/4-1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 large pkg. of corn chips or nacho chips


Brown ground beef----drain
add in beans,tomato sauce,seasoning mix,onion
green pepper,dry mustard,chili powder.
Heat till boiling,stirring constantly. Spread in
9"pie plate or what ever with high sides.
Spread sour cream topping over(almost to edges)
Sprinkle lettuce and cheese on top.

*Sour Cream Topping*

mix 1 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons grated cheese
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Mix together



Poppy Seed Bread

1 large yellow cake mix
1 box instant coconut pudding
1/4 cup poppy seed
1/2 cup salad oil
1 cup water
4 eggs

Mix all together
Grease and flour 2 bread tins-pour in
and bake at 350 for 40-45 mins
