The Movement for a Natural Universe (MANU) is a right-wing extremist organization among the elven druid population, which belives that science should be removed from the galaxy forever. This group targets many different scientific organizations, but its chief enemy is Elven Balance Syndicate, a group which promotes a "perfect balance" between nature and science, a theory blasphemous to MANU.

MANU is an extremist group, and is not above terrorist actions against those they percieve to be "poisoning the galaxy." It was most likely MANU terrorists who destroyed the elven space station Risengar, on which EBS was perfecting their Chrysalis Project, the ultimate balance between nature and science.
