Damien Penn was the local enforcer for a vicious criminal organization, the Paris Syndicate, who went after Dane, the bounty hunter who is now a member of SOT6, as revenge for Dane's apprehension of one of the Paris Syndicate's high-ranking members, Lansen, a few days before. Penn and his men were killed by Dane and the Force-using starfighter pilot, Aramis Clemens, during a shootout in a cantina on Daymanar.
