PLACE IN THE QUEST:
After the fall of Sauron in T.A. 3019, plans for rebuilding a capital in Arnor were designed. Two sights were laid out--Annuminas, and Fornost. Though Annuminas was completely deserted, Fornost still had a fair population. Lord Felacar was the unofficial leader of that population. His extensive experience in combat and leadership positions during the War of the Rings in the third age made him the senior man in the city. It is to him whom all the knights and lords of Arthedain look for leadership and guidance, which he expertly provides, recognizing the need for strong leadership during the new, unpredictable Fourth Age. Like, Dencorath, Lord Felacar has an unwavering loyalty to the Crown of the Reunited Kingdom.
