Lothlorien
Lothlorien is a place of joy and healing, and we found both there after our encounter with the Ice Dragon. As a matter of fact, the Heroes spent over a year in Lothlorien following our terrifying journey to the Gates of Hell, and the return trip overland which brought us to the icy caverns wherein dwelth the Ice Dragon. After defeating the dragon, we met Noria, the wounded phoenix who lay in the back of the dragon's cavern, who told us of her quest to close the portals which connected different parts of Middle-Earth. Taking the portal in the cavern, we found ourselves in Lothlorien, where Charystra was brought back from near-death by Celeborn and we resided with the elves for some time, making friends and generally enjoying ourselves. It was a magical time, and we were all sad to leave Lothlorien eventually to continue the quest.
