PLACE IN THE QUEST:
The second of the abducted men in Tharbad, Olrox was transformed, like Vincent and the others, into an evil vampire and given the ability to fly--which he used to fly with Vincent to recapture the Gift of the Valar, after it had been located aboard the ship on which Matheus was murdered. Olrox met his death at the hands of the Heroes aboard that very ship, while Vincent escaped with the Gift.
