BACKGROUND: Alarca was born on an Imperial world, where she came into contact with the evils of Emperor Mezzenbone as a young woman. She eventually joined the Resistance, where she met her close friend, Kaite Strongsmith, and the two were assigned to the Storm Eagle. Even after breaking ties with the Resistance, she and Kaite stayed on as crew members on the Storm Eagle, and she entered into a relationship with Drak Tallenfir. They are now engaged and expecting a child.
