"Well, after I left BCH (then it was CSB that should tell you how long ago that
was)
I moved to Round Rock, TX where I graduated from High School. After High
School I went to SFA
for about 2 semesters until I realized that school was just
not for me anymore. Actually I think
it was that they just didnt have the
classes I wanted to take: Excessive Partying, The Rewards of Sleeping Late,
and
Slacking 101. So I decided to join the Texas Army National Guard and serve my
country
(BIG mistake, there was a war going on dummy). After I left the Army my
next stop
was Nashville, TN where I decided to pursue my life-long dream of
singing. (hey I ran
into Cary Stone, still very nice and very talented) Well
let's just say that I wasn't the only one
who had that idea. Believe it or not
there were other people who were doing the same thing
and most of them were
better at it. So I came back to central Texas where I got into
the staffing
business and have been there ever since. I still enjoy
music and performing it but
the focus has changed from country to now Christian
Alternative. The name of the band is Crosswind and we play
as much as we can. We
are in the studio now putting together a new CD and are
looking at our first
ever sponsorship from an equipment company called Carvin. Our audience focus is
the teen to
young adult group with a message about Christ. So everything made a
full circle and the influence
of BCH (CSB) has brought me back to doing what I
love for the Lord. Funny how things
turn out, huh? It turns out he knew what he
was doing after all."
