ATTENDING: Margaret Francone, Terri Wood, Maria Hare, Frances Garcia, Sheila Villarreal, Tony Francone Jr., Kathleen Turnage, Vicki Hegemeyer, Helen Irvin, Dave Shelburne
Call to order.
Approval of Minutes
Financial Report-
T-shirts – Additional t-shirts can be ordered at a later date for adults who have not yet ordered theirs.
Calendar Updates –
YLR @ Happy Hollow 9/8 – 9/10 for Patrol Leaders
Change September’s camping trip to a day trip on 9/16 to Exposure Rock
OA Ordeal on 8/11 for boys nominated. Must wear Class A. Take a change of clothes and gloves for working in.
Court of Honor – 8/14, 7:00pm at First Baptist Church. Slide show presentation from Summer Camp. Maria takes care of refreshments. Sheila will take of program and special guests.
Summer Camp – Motion by Tony Francone to reserve BTSR and Cockrell River Camp for Summer 2001 Camp. Motion seconded by Terri Wood. Motion carried.
Committee Responsibilities – Meeting for positions and workshop set for 9/11 at 7:15pm.
Being no other business the Committee meeting was adjourned.
Next Meeting will be September 11, 2000 due to Labor day Holiday.
Motion made by Kathleen Turnage, seconded by Tony Francone to accept the minutes. Motion carried.
