Call to order.

Approval of Minutes – Motion was made by Tony Francone to accept the minutes from the meeting of September 11, 2000. Motion seconded by Dave Shelburne. Motion carried.

Financial Report- Motion was made by Dave Shelburne to accept the financial report. Motion seconded by Tony Francone. Motion carried.

Policies & Procedures Manuel – Resumed discussions on the manual and completed. The following items were tabled until the next meeting –

Merit Badge Counselors – Dave will get more info

Returned Check Policy – Laurie to provide more info

Committee Position Elections

Sheila will post the changes as voted on in red on the web-site.

Steve brought up the idea of gift albums for the Troop to sell.

Being no other business the Committee meeting was adjourned.
