Welcome to Zahrat Al Mada'en Folkloric Dance Troupe's Application for Performance. If you are interested in having us perform for you, please copy this entire application and paste it onto an E-mail. Then, fill out ALL of the information and submit it to us by E-mailing to Zahrat Al Mada'en Folkloric Dance Troupe.The application must be filled out in its entirety to be processed. We will courteously put on a very talented and highly energetic performance for you. We ask that our host(s) will be just as courteous in providing us with a table to dine at (if applicable) and a reasonable place to change into dance clothing. Thank you.
A Total Agreement* by both parties (the requester and Zahrat Al Mada'en Folkloric Dance Troupe must be reached in order for Zahrat Al Mada'en Folkloric Dance Troupe to perform at your (the requester's) request.
*A Total Agreement is the acknowledgment that Zahrat Al Mada'en Folkloric Dance Troupe will perform for the person(s) requesting a performance if and only if ALL requirements for a performance have been met by the requester(s). This may or may not include all expenses needed such as: the price requested for performing, traveling/food expenses, and other additional expenses that may occur that must be put into writing and made official by both parties.
Submitting this application means that you have read and fully understood what is written on this application, and that all the information that you have submitted is true. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them in the application. Thank you.
