A committee has been selected for Reunion 2000. The coordinators are Jack Ekvall and Don Kessler. Members are Virgil Weese, Clint Prescott, Hal Cushing and Eugene (Henry) Henrickson. Allan McKean will serve as adjunct.
The dates for the reunion are October 6-10, 2000.The 6th and 10th are travel days. Accomodations have been arranged at the Executive Inn waterfront hotel in Oakland, with a special rate of $79.00/night. The hotel offers shuttle service to and from the Oakland airport, BART mass transit station, and other points of interest within a three-mile radius. See Jack Ekvall's Bay Area Attractions
Alameda is across the bay from San Francisco. Mr. McKean is executive director of the Aircraft Carrier Hornet Foundation and has ties with the merchants in the community. He has pledged to make the reunion as fiscally attractive as possible.
