I got tickled at her on the phone.
She says it sounds awful, but really it is Um-m-m good.
Sweet Potato Salad
5 Sweet potatoes (diced into 1 inch pices).
Boil 20 mintues or untill tender
- 1 Cup of mayo
- 1/3 cup of honey
- 1 T mustard
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts
Stir cooled potatoes into mixture.
Mix well, and chill 2 hours before serving
