and I am a fifth grader at Homer Drive Elementary,
in Miss Carroll's Class.
Here are some things about me you might want to know!
Fourth Six Weeks
Hello. Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Chantal
and I am ten years old. I live in Texas and was born in
Beaumont. I have dark brown eyes and dark red hair. I have
a caramel skin tone.
These are my favorite things to do. I like to go
swimming and skating and shopping at the mall. I like
to jump on my trampoline and draw and go jogging. I
like to go shopping because I always get something. I like
to swim because I like the water, and it always feels
so cool against my skin. I like to jump on
my trampoline because it's so bouncy. I like to draw
because I can draw anything I want to. I like to skate
because I can skate to the store and buy candy. I like to
walk and jog because they both help to build up your
muscles.
These are the things I think I will like about fifth grade.
The things I like the most so far are PE, DARE, art, and
math. I think I will also like carnivals and field trips.
I love that we have checking accounts in our class and
have to earn Homer Drive Dollars for being good, then we
get to spend them on fun stuff at school. The reason I
like PE is because you get your free time to play and
have fun. Art is fun because you can put stuff together.
I like DARE because you get to learn about the real world
and how it is out there. I'm going to like the carnival
because we will probably have a dunking booth again. I will
like field trips because then we will get to go places.
Now you know all about me and the things I like to do! I'm
glad that I gave you something good to read, because I
