Fourth Six Weeks
Hello, let me introduce myself to you. My name is Daphne.
I am ten years old and I live in Beaumont, Texas. I was born
in California. I am 4 feet, 4 inches tall and I have brown
skin, brown eyes, black hair and long fingernails. The school
I go to is Homer Drive Elementary.
I like to go to places like the mall because I like to shop
around for clothes a lot. I like to shop and buy clothes
because I like pants and shirts. I like to buy shoes there,
too. You should see some of the cool shoes they have at the
mall! If you ask why the mall is my favorite place besides
shopping it is because they have the cutest little animals
there. The best animals are the rabbits, mice, dogs and cats.

My other favorite thing to do is to talk on the phone
all day long to my BF (that means my best friend). I have
a lot of friends. I also like to rollerblade around
my house. When it is Saturday and Sunday, I just skate
around the school.
These are some of the things I think I will like about
the fifth grade. I will like it if we get to go on
field trips to the skating rink, because that is my
favorite thing to do with my friends on a boring day.
I also will like Drug Abuse Resistance Education on
Mondays from 10:45 to 11:30 because it teaches me all
the things I need to know about drugs.
