Hello. Let me introduce myself to you. My name is Shedrick. I live in Beaumont, Texas and I have been living here for a long, long time. I was born here. I have brown skin, black and brown eyes and black hair. I go to school at Homer Drive Elementary.

My favorite food is chili cheese hotdogs. My favorite game is NFL Game Day 2000 on Playstation. My favorite state is Texas and my favorite city is Beaumont, of course! My favorite sport is football. I like football because I like running, tackling people and catching the ball.

These are some of the things I like to do. I like playing football, baseball and basketball. I like to do all these things with my brothers and cousins. The best thing I like to do is play football. Next to football, my best sport is dodgeball. I like dodgeball because I like hitting people with the ball all the time. I like baseball because I like hitting the ball wehre no one can catch it.

I think I will like fifth grade because the DARE officer will give us stuff. He will give us stuff like shirts, bikes and free tickets to places. We are the only people in the school to get this stuff. Well, not just us, but all fifth graders. Finally, I think I will like fifth grade because we will be going on big trips and having parties.
