I was born in Austin, Texas and I started in on video games ever since the 8-bit Nintendo system came out. I was somewhat a troublesome child. My biological mother had skitzophrenia, but I didn't. I was adopted at the age of 9 months. I came to know God really well last year at the age of 19. I am almost 20 now. And anyone viewing this site especially family members (and they will, I'm pretty sure.) would know that I'm battling depression just like you are. I'm also having a lot of problems such as beating the odds (of course all new-born Christians are going to have trouble with that.) and the purpose of this website was to do something to help other people because no depressed person deserves to stay feeling that way. I believe that Knowing that God is there for you even in the deepest darkest times is a good thing. Medication is a good thing God made.
