you have a good aerobic shoe for support.
What equipment do I need?
It is highly recommended that you bring a water bottle. Commom equipment used are hand weights,
leg weights, resist-a-ball, and exertube. Most these items are optional for the floor routines, but are required
for Personal Touch. Some items may be provided by your instructor.

I don't know the routines.
You will be provide instructions with easy to follow cues. Once you get the basics down the steps
are easy to follow. However, if you do get confused just march in place for a few minutes. Keep in mind
that everyone in class had to learn these steps in the beginning. They are no different from you.
I don't know if I can keep up.

will demontrate both low and high impact. Your endurance will come with time.
Sometimes I can't keep my energy level up.
Patricia recommends a high protein enriched snack approximately one hours before class. Keep it simple,
a plain tuna or peanut butter sandwich will do the trick.
What about class times?
