Welcome to my breakdown. I have studied religions for a long time, and realised that one fundamental truth about them all, is they all believe highly in the mythic tales of living men and women--and they choose to live their lives accordingly to how these "Gods" did, based--pretty much-- on legend. After reading about these many heroes of the Celts, and Norse, and Greek, even modern day religions such as Xtianity, and Catholicism, and Judaism, I realised that the reason so much was known of them was because many lived in a time when these men were just that-- men.
I realised that many of these "so called gods" were either equal to-- or in many cases less than the great men and women we have roaming around in "Our" time. Noticing that our stars of today are more loved and worshipped than those of the past--and rightly so. Remember even Jesus was a celebrity in his time.
So I have accumulated a list of men and women that we can all idolise, and some of you may think i'm kidding about this... while some of this is a satirical look on religion, I honestly believe that if anyone immulated any of these characters than they wouldn't be too bad off in life.
So many of you will take this information/list with a grain of salt, and maybe the rest of you can sort of see the truth in all of this. Maybe theirs a higher joke in all of this--while making fun of religion, I'm also condoning its behavior. Since all religions are are people trying to live the life of a person they hold higher than themselves. Whatever I'm trying to say, read it, enjoy it, and come out with your own feelings and opinions on this work. Faith in America
