Reunions
The Pewitt Class of 1956 held its 45th class reunion on
October 12, 13, and 14, 2001, to coincide with the school homecoming activities. The class members attended the homecoming activities and football game at the school on Friday night. They met again from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Glass Club Lake pavilion and a good time was had by all. Then, the class held its banquet at the Concord Church Fellowship Hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. and again a good time was had by all. The entertainment was great. Most of the class met again fo breakfast at Nett's Restaurant in Naples at 8:30 a.m. Afterwards most of the class members attended church services at Concord.
The Pewitt class of 1959 has a great thing going for them. They meet twice a month for dinner and visiting. One of the meetings is held on the second Saturday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at Luby's Cafeteria located at 13455 Midway Road in Dallas just a couple blocks north of I635 about midway between Central Expressway and I35. The other meeting will be held in Naples on the last Saturday of each month at Barrington's Restaurant on Main Street beginning at 4:00 p.m. After talking to William "Catbull" Robison, he indicates there is a desire to eventually have several classes from the 50's and 60's attending these gatherings. Following is a photograph of the Omaha portion of the class taken during the 4th grade (1950-51?)

excellent photographs and you can view them if you click here --
