Which Stance
The very first question that you need to ask yourself is am I goofy or regular? The majority of riders
(about 70%) are regular foot. Regular is with the left foot forwards and goofy is with the right. A
test to determine this is NOT kicking a ball, but one that might work is imagining that you are about
to slide across some ice on you feet. Which ever foot goes first goes first on you snowboard.
