The three-in-one Decepticon known as Reflector is something of an enigma. Little is known about this Transformer, due to his lack of participation in the more important battles of the Great War. What is known is as follows: Reflector was with the Decepticons when they arrived on Earth, and it was he, along with Thundercracker, who ascertained the existence of humans on the planet. Reconfigured by Teletran One, the three separate look-a-like robots who are Reflector have the ability to merge when the transform (shrinking as they do so) into an instamatic camera, with zoom lens and instant picture production capabilities. In robot mode, the three robots (who were never known to have separate names in the continuity in question) always spoke in one voice, apparently with one mind. It is possible that they could think independant thoughts, but they were never shown to voice them. The robot who formed the central section of the camera mode had a lens built into his chest, which could emits bursts of light while he was in robot mode, temporarily blinding enemies. Reflector served as a scout and data-gatherer, ocasionally sent on missions with Soundwave.
Reflector was last seen during Starscream's coronation ceremony in the Earth year 2005, when Galvatron then killed Starscream and took over leadership of the Decepticons. He was not seen again thereafter, and his final fate remains a mystery.
