The packing list for the fathers/ birthing coach is almost the same as to what to bring for the mom.

Birthing Partner's Packing List

• Toiletries: (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, razor, mouthwash, etc)
• camera, film, tapes, and/or camcorder
• snacks
• change of clothes
• magazines, books
• baby book
• address book and important telephone numbers
• extra batteries
• lotion for massaging mom
• stop watch
• coins or calling cards
• pen and paper
