Funeral Services for Oldest of Vivrette Brothers held at Bulah

          Funeral services for Dee Vivrette, age 94, were held last Friday afternoon at Bulah with the Rev. Burgess, pastor of the Baptist church conducting the rites.

          Mr. Vivrette, one of the oldest residents of the county and the oldest of the four Vivrette brothers, died at the home of his son. Bob Vivrette, Thursday night. August 18.

          He was the son of the late Landson and Mary Vivrette, and was born December 25, 1845 in Wilson county, middle Tennessee.  In 1867 the Vivrette family moved to Illinois afterwards moved to Kentucky where they have made their home since. He was member of the Baptist church and has been a prominent farmer in the county for many years. He is survived by four children, Mrs. Etta Bonc, Bob Vivrette, Clinton, Tom Vivrette, Woodriver, Ill., Mrs. Grace Wooley of Paducah, Kentucky.  Three brothers, Ruff, Tom and Cage Vivrette and one sister, Mrs. Julia Russell all of Clinton. Burial was in the Bulah Cemetery.
