Death At Dublin

Robt. Vivrett, one, of the leading citizens at Dublin, Ky., died Tuesday night, May 9, at his home there of paralysis.  He had been in failing health for a year or more, and for several weeks before his death his condition was hopeless. The burial at the Willis graveyard at Dublin on Wednesday was conducted by the W.O.W. camp of which the deceased was a member.  He is survived by his wife and five children; also five brothers and one sister.  His brothers are Dee, Jim, Tom, Cage and Rufe Vivrett, and his sister, Mrs. J.M. Russell, all of this county.

Bob was born in Wilson co., Tenn., 51 years ago, and his parents, the late Lanson and Mary Vivrett, moved to this county directly after the war.  Bob lived in the county until he moved to Dublin 10 of 12 years ago, where he identified himself thoroughly with the progressive element in that thriving village. He had many friends in this county and there is general regret over his death.  He is the first to go of six sturdy brothers all well advanced in years.
