The descendants of Thomas Viverett of Nash County, North Carolina, migrated many times since his death in 1791. His son Lancelot left Nash after 1805 and traveled first to Georgia and then to Wilson County, Tennessee, to join his brother who had migrated there several years before. Lancelot had five sons that we know about. His son Micajah Thomas Vivrett married Elizabeth Wall in Wilson County and had thirteen children. The oldest Patrick Henry Vivrett (1830-1904) moved with his family to Weatherford, Texas. His son was William Randolph Vivrett, pictured above. William was a well-respected, prominent attorney in Weatherford. His first wife Lula Baker King died in 1901. He then married Vesta Lee Putman and had a son and two daughters.
