Mr. Hall was a construction worker, pipeline worker and truck driver. He was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law Amanda Kay and Darrell Ridge of Teague; three grandchildren, Mallory Switzer, Cole and Chelsea Ridge; two sisters, Joan Teer of Teague and Brenda Childs of Wortham, Texas; and one brother, Howard Hall of Mexia, Texas.

"Candance “Candy” Janell Tippie, 56, of Weatherford, passed away March 17, 2009, in a Fort Worth hospital. Candy was born July 24, 1952, in Eagle Lake to Raymond and Flossie Sheridan.
Ms. Tippie had been an LVN since 1994 and received various accreditations from local and state authorities for her work in emergency medicine.
She was a paramedic, the director of the ambulance services in Teague and Jacksboro, the director of Education at Palo Pinto General Hospital, as well as the founder of the Rural EMS League for the state of Texas. Candy also taught many others in paramedic and EMT classes.
She attended Faith Cov-e-nant Church in Mineral Wells.
Ms. Tippie was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband of 27 years, Charles D. Tippie; son Jacob Pickens and wife Tonya of Douglasville, Ga.; daughters Crissy Smallridge and husband Michael of Gatesville, and Cas-sie Fulton and husband Jerry of Waxahachie; stepmother Joy Sheridan; sisters Paula Hopkins and husband Bill of Cedar Park, and Debbie Grimes and husband Kenny of Alto; brothers Jimmy Mahan of Alaska, and Ray Sheridan of Texas; grandchildren Faith, Brittany and Mackenzie Smallridge, and Rylan and Grant Pickens; nieces and nephews Toby and Amanda Hopkins, and Sherry, Carl and Kim Grimes; and a host of numerous other relatives and friends.
The funeral service was held Saturday, March 21, at Galbreaith Pickard Funeral Chap-el. Interment followed at Hold-er’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation was Friday, March 20, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to National Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
