Janice Sue Robinson Molk was born August 17, 1949 to Otis and Billie Owens Robinson in Texas City, Texas and she passed away March 8, 2007. She loved people, especially children. She was a school teacher, who was a builder of the foundation and champed of the lives of many children. She taught in Victoria, Huntsville, Grangerland, and Sam Houston and Scott Johnson 4th grade for over 30 years. You very seldom ever heard any put downs or hate and resentment from her actions. She was also a devoted mother who loved her son and stayed concerned for his life. She would always talk with you about her two precious granddaughters. She was a lover of life and a lady of her word. She was a member of the Farris Chapel Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband Richard Molk, son Kevin Hanselman and wife Misty of Conroe, granddaughters Elizabeth and Madison Hanselman, step-son Matthew Molk, parents Otis and Billie Robinson, brother David Robinson and wife Gina, niece Shae Robinson, niece Brianna Robinson, nephews Simon Robinson and Luke Robinson. Services will be held Monday March 12, 2007 at 10 AM in the Chapel of Sam Houston Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Farris Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday March 11, 2007 from 2 to 5 PM at the funeral home."

After retiring, they moved back to Mexia. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Jerry. Lois is survived by her children, Robert Jeffery Willett and Glenda Leigh Willett of Mexia; grandchildren, Tabitha Marie Brooks, Joshua Duane Willett, Kortney Christine Kelsey and Amanda Hope Willett; great-granddaughter, Haylie Marie Brooks; brother, Joe Owens, of Cypress; sister, Margaret Williams, of Mexia; and many other family members and friends."
