133. Samuel Lee Eaves

Obituaries: Mr. Samuel Lee Eaves, Sabine Parish Sabine Index, Many, La., Jul 19, 1989 Services for Mr. Samuel Lee Eaves, 77, were held Wednesday, July 12, at 11 a.m., at the Warren Meadows Chapel. Burial was at the Fisher Cemetery. Rev. Dean Crittenden officiated. Mr. Evans passed away, Monday, July 10, at the Sabine Medical Center in Many. He is survived by his wife, Irene Eaves of Ft. Jesup; one daughter, Nancy Owens of Kentucky; and one son, Danny Eaves of Shreveport. Mr. Eaves is also survived by two step-daughters, Estelle Hacker of Tacoma, Wash., and Willie Mae Francis of Orange, Tex.; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and ten step grandchildren.


143. Edra Gladys Eaves

Daughter of Marion Eaves and Rosa Wilson Eaves. Preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert McDonald; one daughter, Wanda Faye; eight brothers; one sister; four grandchildren; one great-grandaughter. She was a Baptist in faith and a homemaker. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Mary McDonald and Jerry and Becky McDonald; five daughters and two son-in-laws, Norma Jean Watkins, Emma and Norman Freilberger, Betty Templeton, Brenda and Jeff Rainey and Sandy McDonald; twenty-three grandchildren, numerous great-grandchldren and great-great-grandchildren; two brothers and seven sister-in-laws, Barney and Sarah Eaves, Ray and Kitty Eaves, Mary Eaves, Geraldine Eaves, Sybil Eaves, Loretta Eaves, Meryle Eaves and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Monday January 18, 2010 in the Davis-Smith Funeral Chapel in Hot Springs with Rev. Randy McDonald and Rev. Robert Dan McDonald, Interment will be in Memorial Gardens Cemetery under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home of Hot Springs. Grandsons will be pallbearers.


Loretta Frost

Mrs. Loretta Frost Eaves, age 78, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died Thursday, March 21, 2013, in a local hospital. Mrs. Eaves was born October 25, 1934, in Miller County, Arkansas, and had been a lifetime resident. She was a Homemaker and was a member of Macedonia Baptist Church in Fouke. She was preceded in death by her husband Harold Leroy Eaves, and a grandson, Randy Paul Eaves, Jr. Survivors include three sons, two step-sons, one step-daughter, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be at Macedonia Baptist Church, Fouke, Arkansas. Burial will be at Macedonia Cemetery under the direction of Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas.
