HOW TO ORDER


Ordering on-line is simple and secure!

You may use the PAYPAL online Shopping Cart
or send a personal check/money order!
(The usual 7-10 days for the check to clear applies!)

USING THE PAYPAL SHOPPING CART

When you see an item you would like to buy, you can place an
order through the online PAYPAL Shopping Cart! The shopping cart
will enter the scent and color you choose, you need to add
the quantity. Then you can go back to look at some of our
other wonderful candles. Our on-line ordering system will
keep track of your order for you. No information is transmitted
until you CHECKOUT, so you can add, change and remove
items from your shopping cart as you go along. You
can view your order anytime by selecting the ORDER button.
The cart even tells you how much the shipping charges will be! Once
you have completed your order, click on the CHECKOUT button and
you will be taken to the PAYPAL site to finish your order.

My preferred method for receiving payments is PayPal.
PayPal is a service that allows you to instantly send
money to anyone with an email address. PayPal is used by
over 6 million members in 26 countries worldwide, and PayPal
is accepted through alot of Websites and Auction Houses. PayPal
is completely free for US buyers to send money, and PayPal
lets you charge the payment to either your credit card
or checking account.

Sending money through PayPal is instantaneous - which
means that I can ship your purchases faster - and
PayPal also increases your safety by keeping your financial
account information private. You don't have to share your
account numbers with me when you send money to me with
PayPal (unlike making a typical credit card payment over
the Web or even when you mail someone a check). PayPal
just sends me an email notice that the money has been
transferred to my PayPal account but I never see your
credit card or checking account information.

It only takes about 5 minutes to create a PayPal account
and use it to send money. Here are the four easy steps
that U.S. residents can follow in order to use PayPal:

1) Go to the PayPal website and fill out their one-page
registration form. Your email address will be your
username, and you'll be asked to choose a password.

2) PayPal will send you an email with a confirmation code
in it; click on the link in the email to confirm that
the email address that you registered as your username
actually belongs to you.

3) Register a credit card with your PayPal account in
order to fund your first payment. PayPal immediately
gives you a $250 initial spending limit (which you can
later lift by completing their Verification process).

4) Type in my email address and the amount of your purchase
plus shipping into the PayPal "Send Money" form and
then click "Send." Just like that, I'll have the money
and can prepare your purchase for shipping.

(Note: The steps for residents of countries other than the
U.S. to set up an account are slightly different - please see
the PayPal website for details.)

PayPal also offers a $5 bonus for U.S. members who open an
account and complete the full registration requirements. To

It's worthwhile to take a couple of minutes to set up a
PayPal account. Once you are done, you'll be able to
quickly make any future payments and you won't have
to take time to enter in all your financial information
again. I'd love the chance to do business with you again!

EMART is the Shopping Cart for Paypal

Technical note: eMartCart uses browser "cookies" to hold the contents
of the cart. Cookies can be disabled (intentionally or accidentally)
in a browser. If you receive reports that a shopping cart is not
working, please ask the customer to check this browser setting. Please
assure your customers that these cookies do not contain any personal
information, that cookies can only be sent to the same domain that
originally set them, and that eMartCart cookies are cleared when
the customer checks out. Also, note that eMartCart cookies
"expire" after twenty-four hours (one day) if the customer does not
check out before then. Otherwise, customers have twenty-four hours
to check out (even if they leave your site and return later) before
the cart order is discarded!

SENDING A PERSONAL CHECK or MONEY-ORDER

If you want to send a personal cheque/money order you use
the order form you will need the product code, the scent,
the color, the quantity and your personal information!
You will recieve a confirmation email with your total including
the shipping charges and the address to send the cheque/moneyorder!
There is the usual 7-10 days waiting time for the bank to clear your cheque!
Canadian checks must say "Payable in US Funds" on the front of
them. International orders must use an International Money Order.

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail so you
know your order is being processed. ALL in stock orders are shipped within
48 hours (excluding weekends) and (when humanly possible)!
We ship via USPS ground service or PRIORITY.
Expect to receive your order (within the continental U.S.) within
5-7 business days. In the event that we are out of stock, we
will notify you via e-mail.

PRIVACY POLICY
We, like you, feel your personal information is privileged and private. We
want to assure you that NO personal information that we receive is ever given
or sold to third parties. The e-mail address and any order information that
you provide us is for our internal use only. We will never use your e-mail address
or telephone number for unwanted solicitations. Our e-mail list is option only,
and only sent to those who sign-up to receive them!
