Most US orders are processed and shipped within a week of receipt of
your order. All orders are processed in the order we receive them. Since
ALL our candles are handmade, there may times when there will be slight
delays in processing your order. In such a case you will be notified when we get your order.
If you are placing a very large order please allow ample time for us to fulfill
your order. We will ship any order to any state within the contiguous 48 states.
Shipping charges are based on the rates set by USPS. Orders shipped to Alaska,
Hawaii or US Possessions will be slightly higher. Orders to Canada and Mexico
will be shipped by USPS. If you are placing multiple orders that are shipped to
the same address, please let us know so we can combine shipping charges for some savings to you. If
you wish to ship your order as a gift, please be sure to let us know.
This will tell us not to include the prices on the packing slip. Gift orders
shipped to several different addresses will be billed separate shipping charges.
International Orders (Not Including Canada & Mexico) All international orders
must be paid by credit card. There is a minimum order of $25 (US currency) for all International
orders and a minimum shipping charge of $15 (US currency)

Method of Shipment

Most orders are sent via United States Parcel Service, Ground. All in stock items are
shipped within 48 hours (Note weekends don't count!) Orders placed on Fridays
usually ship on Monday. Most weekend orders are also shipped Monday.Small items
may be sent via USPS Priority Mail. The decision is made by us at the time of shipment.
After shipment you will be notified by Email of the method of shipment, and given
an estimate of time in transit.

Oversized shipments and / or shipments over 20 pounds, along with
shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada may incur an additional
shipping fee. You will be notified via e-mail should this be required
before shipment.
**Any errors due to wrong shipping information... will be
the responsibility of the purchaser!!

International Orders!!

If you would like us to ship to any location outside of the US you must Email
for a delivery cost estimate. Be prepared to give us what you are intending
to order at the time you are requesting the estimate. Canada usually costs
only a dollar more than our standard rates. Shipping will
be charged at cost based on the weight of the final packed shipment.
You will be required to pay any import duties, and we can not give estimates
of duties that may be due.
