More Photos of Ryley's Surgery….

Ryley usually sleeps on his belly and sucks his thumb.

Unfortunately, he could do neither, which upset him. In

this photo Ryley was bucking a pulling at the restraints

trying to roll over.

The nurses all commented how beautiful he was but that

he was a lot of work cause he likes to fight. At one time

Ryley was given Morphine, Ativan, Tylenol #3, and

Toradol to help relax him. None of these helped. Only

through pure exhaustion did Ryley settle down.

The excitement that I felt the first time I got to hold him

Was much like the excitement of his birth? He was to be

our last child, however, we have started thinking that in

the future the boys need a baby sister.

All right, now how many of you notice that he looks like an angel? Did you notice that he has the longest eyelashes??

Well, we think he is an angel.
