All new Comrades and Challengers start with a provisional rating of 1200 points.
Then having completed less then 10 games, you will earn +120 rating pts per win,
earn +60 rating pts per draw, and drop -20 rating pts per loss. Players having
completed more them 10 games will earn +10 rating pts per win, earn +5 rating 
pts per draw and drop -5 rating pts per loss starting at game 11. The more 
games you play, the faster you can achieve a high rating in this club.
