IECC-106 vs ASPCC-1 ( IECC and All Services Postal Chess Club )
This team match officially starts Nov 19th, 2010; and ends Oct 19th, 2011.
Each ASPCC team member will play one game against two different IECC team
mmbers. ASPCC plays white in event pairings that end in "B"; IECC plays 
white in event pairings that end in "W". You may begin play whenever you
want but begin all clocks on Nov 19th. Submit unfinished games for 
adjudication on Oct 30th, 2011. 

The time control is 10/40 cumulative which means 10 moves must be played 
within 30 used days. Please include time control dates with moves to avoid
and settle time disputes. Using more than 40 days to play 10 Moves; or 
playing less than 10 moves within 40 used days is considered A lateness. 
Two documented lateness’s usually result in game forfeiture. Players should 
carbon copy both team captains plus Arbiter whenever sending a 10th day repeat. 
30 days of leave time per player, per year is available upon written request.
