Here's some pictures of the passanger side motor mount out of my Ram. As you can see, the inside rubber piece has broken loose. I would have never known that the mount was bad, had I not pulled it to check the freeze plug that is behind it. It along with the drivers side mount where replaced with mounts off a V-6 (yes they are the same mounts on both motors).
