A Few Tips For a Great Thanksgiving!

Use sawhorses and old doors or plywood for those unexpected guests!

Use throw-away plates and utensils. That way you enjoy your company and don't slave away in the kitchen.

Use turkey bake-in bags...it cuts down on the time you cook the turkey!

Also, use aluminum throw-away pans for as much as you can. Costs a little more, but very little clean up time!

Make as much as you can ahead of time...stuffings and desserts and some side dishes can be made 2 - 3 days early.

Use a piece of plywood over your sink to create extra counter space for putting out all the goodies.

Put out more than one garbage can and line each can with more than one bag...as one fills up, there's another waiting.
