This week's newsletter is going to be a lot different from what I have been doing. But then, life today is not what it was last week, even. I hope you will all join with me in the prayer that our Heavenly Father will do His will over all of this. I do not even want to pray my will at all; because He knows so much more and He will repay.
I also hope that we all will pray even harder than we have before.
Pray for the lost and their families.
Pray for those families who lost loved ones; that if there be any that do not know Jesus, they may come to know Him.
Pray that during all of the funerals, and memorials there will be a revival that will shake this country.
Pray VERY hard for our government officials. They are literally putting their lives on the line for us all.
Pray even for those you did not elect; even the ones you do not particularly agree with.
Pray even for the families of the people who have done this horrible thing. They are lost, and the Word of God says we MUST pray for our enemies. That won't be an easy thing to do, but Jesus knows just how hard it is. And our Heavenly Father knows very well how it feels to pray for those who killed his Son Jesus.
One important thing to do, in my opinion, is to not allow bitterness and unforgiveness take root in our spirits because the devil knows that if we are unforgiving and bitter, it only hurts us more, and it binds the Holy Spirit from getting the victory.

God's Perspective
The incident in New York the other day was without a doubt tragic. I sat in shock as the terrorist flew into the tower. I didn't know if I should address this to his list or not. Mainly because we have heard
all about it on TV or radio. But the secular media doesn't tell you things from God's perspective. They show you from a "doom and gloom" perspective. It can be depressing. But I was at home group tonight,
and I heard it from God's perspective. I would like to share it with you.
Woe to them who call evil good and good evil. Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness. Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter. Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight. Isaiah 5:20-21
Let's read the notes on these verses from Dake's Annotated Reference Bible:
Note the boldness of sinners - inviting God to make speed and hasten his threatened judgement that they might see it! This is the spirit of men who are totally abandened to evil. Their conscience is seared, as with a hot iron, and they are hardened through the deceitfulness of sin to the point of no concern whatever. They have no sense of consciousness of right and wrong. Everything they feel like doing is right in their own eyes; they call evil just as good as good itself; darkness to them is as light itself; bitter as sweet as sweet is itself. In fact, they love darkness more than light (John 3;18-21). Of all the deceived
people, those who are wise in their own eyes, and think of themselves to be something when they are nothing, they are the worst.
When I heard/read these words, I knew they described those terrorist. That's the only way I could describe them. They have no conscience of right and wrong. They do whatever is right in their eyes calling good
bad and bad good. Let's look at another passage.
Little children, it is the last hour, and as you have heard that the anti-christ is coming, even now many anti-christs have come, by which we know this is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not
of us, for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us, but they went out that they might be made manifest, that none of them were of us. But you have an anointing from the Holy One, and you know all
things. I have not written to you because you do not know the truth, but because you do know it, and that no lie is of the truth. Who is the liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is anti-christ who
denies the Father and the Son. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either. He who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you heard from the beginning abides in you, you will also abide in the Son and in the Father. And this is the promise that He has promised us--eternal life. First John 2:18-25
The spirit of the antichrist is at work in the world, and this spirit is the one who is responsible for tragedies like in New York. Remember, these people have no conscience, calling good evil and evil good. This spirit denies the Father and the Son, and does not abide in him, neither does he abide in the Father and the Son. Now let's look at Revelation 6:9-10:
When He opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the Word of God and for the testimony which they held. And they cried with a loud voice, saying, "How long, O Lord,
holy and true until you judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth.
These are saints who have died during the tribulation period, but how true it is also for us now. Final judgement belongs to God. He will repay. If God will avenge their blood He will also avenge ours.
If the righteous will be recompenced on the earth, how much more the ungodly and the sinner. Proverbs 11:31
The word "recompence" can be translated "reward". The righteous will be rewarded on the earth, but so will the sinner. All of Psalm 91 is totally awesome, but notice verses 7-8:
A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand.
But it shall not come near you. Only with your eyes shall you look and see the reward of the wicked.
God calls what is coming to the wicked a reward. God has a sense of humor. Psalm 2 tells us that the nations rage and plot in vain against God. But God sits in heaven and laughs (also Psalm 59). It's as if
God is hearing all the nations plot against Him, and He says, "Go ahead, make My day!"
Your hand will find all you enemies; Your right hand will find those hate You. You make them as a fiery oven in the time of your anger; the Lord shall swallow them up in His wrath. And the fire shall devour
them. Their offspring You shall destroy from the earth, and their descendants from among the sons of men. For they intended evil against You. They devised a plot which they are not able to perform.
Therefore You will make them turn their back; You will make ready Your arrows on Your string toward their faces. Psalm 21:8-12
There is an end to the wicked; to those who turn from God to do their own thing. To those who call good evil and evil good. To those who operate under the control of the spirit of antichrist. God is in control, and He has the final say and the final verdict. He will make
sure every man gets just what their deeds deserve, whether righteous deeds or unrighteous. The tragedy in New York didn't take God by surprise. He is not asleep, and neither is the judgement that awaits the terrorists. God is not mocked. Whatever a man sows that he shall also reap (Galations 6:7).
Now, believe me, I am not talking doom and gloom. If the people who were part of this attack and who are still alive will repent and believe and call on the name of the Lord they will be saved. God loves them
and wants them all to be saved (2 Peter 3:9, John 3:16). But those who do not know the love of God will someday know the wrath of God. God is a God of justice. He must and will deal with the evil that men do.
Rejoice!! There will be nothing to harm us in heaven.
