Here's a few pictures of the construction process. There's quite a few, so please be patient if it takes a moment or two to load!
The bare chassis, ready to be cleaned, undercoated, and painted. At this
point, there was no wiring, plumbing, or mechanicals on the chassis, only front
and rear glass!
The chassis is all done. Aluminum firewalls are in, and the engine/trans/mount combo has all been painted and fitted. The next step was suspension and plumbing.
Some of the front suspension is in. The brakes and plumbing are on the
way!
The initial fitting of the bodywork. This was an exciting evening,
because it finally started to look like a real car!
A long time has passed between pictures! The bodywork is all on, and
everything goes up and down, in and out just as it should! Still a lot of work
ahead, though!
