Bubbles!

These are a few of Bubbles's favorite things:

*Bubbles is the softest and sweetest Powerpuff Girl, and she likes to wear a blue dress to match her baby blues. Her blonde hair is always pulled back into perky pigtails, and her face almost always has a sunny smile on her face!

*Her blonde pigtails and happy smile belie her innocence. But just because Bubbles is the kindest Powerpuff Girl doesn't mean she's a pushover. She can kick butt just as well as her sisters can!

*Bubbles has the natural ability to speak squirrel, monster, and Spanish. In fact, Bubbles's innate ability to understand all living things allows her to communicate with all creatures and humans. Dr. Doolittle has nothing on this girl!

*Sometimes it's hard to be the cutest Powerpuff Girl, since bad guys and monsters have a tendency to dismiss her. So when Bubbles fights,
she has to haul into those guys and show them that she's no baby - and guess what? It's the criminals who are always sorry!

Bubbles picks her favorite color...

"Blue. No, red. No pink. Wait, there's green and yellow and orange and purple and violet...which is different than purple...and maroon and lilac and...oh, I love all the colors. They're all so very pretty!"

Bubbles picks her favorite toy...

Definitely Octi. He's the cutest and the sweetest. Me and Octi have been through a lot together. I tell him secrets and he never tells anyone! He's the best."

"Of course I like saving the world so that it can be a beautiful, safe place, but I also like coloring, talking to squirrels, swinging on swings, sliding down slides, eating peanuts, singing, making up songs, making fun of how Buttercup throws, putting ribbons and clips in Blossom's hair, playing with my toys, going grocery shopping with the Professor, making new friends, ice skating, jammin on the drums, and jumping rope! We always jump rope at recess.
But sometimes Blossom and Buttercup get mad cause I forget to jump."
