Villains: Mojo Jojo, Harry Pitt's "cooties"

What's Up: Mojo observes from his secret lair that all the kids are afraid of little Harry Pitt because he has "cooties." Even the Powerpuff Girls! So Mojo concocts a plan to keep the Girls away by using this cootie-covered kid as a human shield, freeing Mojo to rob the bank, steal a big bag of jewels from the jewelry store, mug a little old lady, get connections with the mob, and become the richest monkey in town. He then takes over as Mayor, lures the Girls to Townsville Hall and locks them in a pit with Harry. Finally, the Girls learn that cooties ain't all that.
Stuff You Might Have Missed: With all his new-found wealth, Mojo opens a business called Mojo's Management.
