What's Up: Mike Believe, the new boy in school, has a special friend nobody else can see. Patches, as Mike calls him, starts meddling, and Mike keeps getting blamed. Patches turns Blossom's perfect spelling of "cookie" into "dookie," and Mike gets a timeout. But when Patches begins destroying the class, instead of fighting, the Powerpuff Girls must use their imaginations to stop him. They think up a bunny scientist wearing a pretty dress and combat boots to do the job.
