This site is dedicated to little known artists. It is for the Anyas and Kimberlys of the world....not for the DaVincis and Dalis of the world. This award, therefore is to honor those artists who are not known to the rest of the world, but whose art touches me in a way that I feel that it should be world famous.
This award will be awarded to people I find on the web whose art touches my heart with it's beauty or it's heart.
The first time I give this award, I am awarding it to a few different sites at once. This will never happen again. I will wait at least a week between awards after the first presentations.
The requirements for this award are:
1. The artwork must be excellent in some way (does not nessicarially mean technically)...thus the name of the award.
2. You must include a link to my site on your page (either on the award or in your links page)
