Breaking the Storm

Through all these dreams
And chances for love
I find that feelings
Test your hearts
Need for love.

Heartbreak and fears
Of times to come
Not knowing if this life
For me to run.

I try to find a reason
For all this pain
Maybe I’m crazy
Or maybe just insane.

I need a sign 
To point my souls eyes for me
To point me where
I need to be.

And as the rain begins to fall
 I start to run towards it all.

Cause there’s a winding road ahead
Trying to push me down again.

There’s a lady on the road
Trying to find her fellow soul
The one that she’s been searching for
 Taking on the storm
And everything before.

As the lightning starts to flash
We let the fire burn away our past
We finally know we’ve found it
Something that will last

As we stand
 In the cold
 Our hearts feeling old
Our eyes meet in silence 
As our souls speak aloud. 

As the sun warms our skin
I kneel in the wind
And with a smile 
She knows
I love her.

 As a single tear drop rolls from her eye
I lift my head up high
A kissing of our lips
And we’re in heavens blue eye.
