Have You Ever

Have you ever woke up
In the middle of the night
Dreaming of that girl
That would make your life
Just out of sight.
She would run through your 
head
Like a cheetah on the plains
Chasing you around
Her beauty just drives you 
insane.

Have you ever been working
Just going through your daily 
routine
When here she comes again
Pulling you into another 
daydream.
She’s right there in your mind
Just a hugging you so tight
Making you blush
Under this pale moonlight.

Have you ever been stuck
In those annoying traffic jams
When there she is standing
Back in your head once again.
Just a smiling at you 
Running her fingers through 
your hair
The smell of roses all around you
As she kisses you feeling the love 
in the air.

So have you ever woke up 
In the middle of the night
Dreaming of that girl
That would make your life 


Just out of sight.

Well I woke up 
In the middle of the night
And that girl was laying there 
beside me
All of this time.
She was always the one
That makes my life 
Just out of sight
And I just leaned over and softly 
kissed her goodnight.

So have you ever woke up 
In the middle of the night
Dreaming of that girl
That would just make your life
Out of sight.
