Survivor Haven

This month we have several changes here at Survivor Haven. It is continuously evolving as new ideas and possibilities occur. As always we appreciate any and all feedback on our site and if you have a moment, please sign our guest book to let us know how we are doing.

BOOK REVIEWS

While I was hoping to be able to have some reviews of books that deal with abuse or recovery, I haven’t had time to write them, nor has anyone submitted one. Hint to readers – if you have had a self-help or non-fiction book dealing with any abuse subjects, please let us know. Tell us what it was and if you would recommend it to others.

In the meantime, I had written an article for Fitness Heaven covering a few of the books I have in my own library on abuse. Written Resources For Survivors

SPECIAL THANKS

Survivor Haven wishes to give a special thank you to Danielle Just for all her assistance in getting this issue out to the readers. It was through her patience and late night efforts that a large number of the links and pages not only were made but worked. Tenna in her wisdom (?)thought making subdirectories and such would make the upkeep of Survivor Haven easier to deal with. Instead, it was the calmness of Danielle that kept Tenna's monitor firmly planted on the desk as it became evident every page and link in the established areas of Survivor Haven had to be redone.

A big thank you to Sue Crocker for coming to my rescue and looking up the poem Invictus for the resource page and also for some wonderful web page ideas. The "Internet Resource" page was of her design.

Danielle and Sue
THANK YOU!
