I had no faith because
You stole it from me
So long ago
When I was young
One day you told me
I’d always be dumb
I’m here to tell you now
That was most untrue
What I learned is
I was never dumb from the start
I now have new faith
I can be anything
Anything I want to be
And I won’t let you
Take it from me
