I had no one to bandage me
When I was 15 I did not know who I was
I had no one to ask
When I was 15 I tried all kinds of bad things
I had no one to stop me
When I was 15 I longed for love
I had no one to show me, what that is
When I was 15 I thought I was losing all hope
I had no one to help me find it.
Somehow I survived.
Now my firstborn daughter is 15.
She has all those feelings I had for other reasons.
But she has me...
I am thankful for being allowed to be the mother mine never was
