Baha'i beliefs center around oneness:
- Oneness of God: there is only one God and he is actively concerned about the development of humanity.
- Oneness of Religion: God sends messengers such as Abraham, Moses, Zoroaster, Krishna, Buddha, Christ, Mohammed, the Bab, and Baha'u'llah to humanity to educate it in morality and social values.
- Oneness of Humanity: all humans come from the same original stock and deserve equal opportunities and treatment.
Baha'i Faith feels that many of today's current challenges could be resolved if people would follow their teachings of unity. (however, MANY faiths preach that they have the solution to society's problems). Some of the issues that the Baha'is feel could be aleviated are:
- Racism
- Women's Rights
- Econmoic Justice (they believe in profit sharing)
- Global Patriotism (versus Nationalism)
- Universal Education
- Universal Language
- World Federal System
- Environmental Conservation
