This is a average game that feeds of the success of it's sister game Resident Evil. The problem is that the game is very short, even the first time around, and just not as action packed or scary as it's counterpart.
Once you kill the dinosaurs they take a while to come back. I did like the DDK code to open the doors to an extent.However that is quickly washed away by annoying and tedious puzzles. They are not hard just boring to do. Also the game has really not enough replay value to keep a gamer intrested for a second time through besides a diffrent mode of play. RE at least gave you 2 diffrent characters to use while intertwining the story.
Overall the game should have been a great one but comes up a little short. Unless you are a huge Capcom fan , I suggest you rent first before you buy, but by then you would have beaten the game already which renders the rent now buy later advice useless, and if you like it then buy it.I suggest you hit up blockbuster for a $7 copy. This really could have gone either way but I will leave the choice up to you, just be careful!
